Could anyone explain to me Art. 115 (a) of the Albanian Civil Code? It says in original: "Parashkruhen brenda afateve prej:
a) gjashtë muaj paditë për pagimin e kushteve penalevlerësuese". The official English translations I found are unclear to me. Thank you in advance for your help.

Article 115 of the Albanian Civil Code
"Parashkruhen brenda afateve prej:
a) gjashtë muaj paditë për pagimin e kushteve penale vlerësuese".

My understanding is as follows:
The limitation (prescription) period shall be:
a) six months for legal actions for forfeiture of the penalty for performance (penalty based on the assessment of the performance of the obligations)

Thank you, that is very helpful. I do not know Albanian but I am translating a fragment of the Albanian Civil Code in English version. And this fragment is translated in a very ambigous manner. Namely, it says: "six months, lawsuits for the payment of penal evaluating conditions". Now, with your explanations, it starts to make sense
