In this new version, named CT-L1 Linguist, CafeTran features an interface to Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered by ChatGPT and is designed to assist the experts with functions such as translation, correction, rephrasing and synonyms among others (prompts for AI).

I wouldn't say that CafeTran is now "powered by" Chat GPT -- instead, CafeTran now has a tab that allows you to send data directly to and from Chat GPT, if you choose to do so.

The new version of CafeTran still has its original name, namely CafeTran Expresso, and it is not called "CT-L1 Linguist". Instead, there is a new tab on the translation screen from which Chat GPT can be accessed. This tab is labelled "CT-L1 Linguist", for some reason.
To use Chat GPT from within CafeTran, you need to set up billing and configure your usage limit (see here) and then you need to create an API key (see here). (If you have an existing API key but you haven't set up billing yet, you need to create a new API key after having set up billing.)
