Hello,

I've purchased the SDL Trados 2024 update, and activated it successfully. However, I had a technical problem on my PC, and I lost a lot of information, including the SDL Trados 2024 application with my license on.

I re-installed Trados but the license was not recovered (it shows on 30-days trial period). I checked my account online, and it is connected to the missing app so I can't use it.
