Help me understand if possible in Edit mode RWS 2022 add or divide fieils?

I have Trados 2022 but I don't know what you mean. What "fields" are you talking about? Which instruction manual are you referring to? The only "fields" that I can find mention of in the Trados help files are TM fields, but this has nothing to do with layouts. I also don't understand what you mean by "edit mode" in Trados.
