20 minutes against the cervico-thoracic

Physiotherapy is the main method of conservative treatment of osteochondrosis. It strengthens the muscle corset of the spine, develops flexibility and helps to stretch those muscles and ligaments that are difficult to relax in everyday life.

The proposed exercises are simple enough, each lasting 20 minutes. To perform one such complex should be at least 3 times a week, preferably daily. Most of the exercises performed lying on your back, stomach, side or on all fours, which reduces pressure in the intervertebral discs. All the exercises included in the complexes, the physiological parameters are therefore at the gym the muscles are not overworked.

The productivity and efficiency of activities depend on their regularity and compliance with the correct exercise technique: workouts should not be accompanied by increased pain. If an exercise seems too difficult, or during its execution appear uncomfortable, you can skip.
