Botanical characteristics of sorrel

Hare cabbage – a perennial herb of the family Crassulaceae. Roots tuberous-thickened, transformed into thin spines. Chopped leaves fresh or apply as an external agent (an ointment) in long-term healing wounds, acne, fistulas, ulcers, blisters, burns andmastitis (breast milk stasis). A decoction is used as an effective diuretic.


Infusion of sorrel

Recipe No. 1. 20 g of leaves pour 200 ml boiling water and infused for four hours, after which the composition should be filtered into a clean container. A decoction of sorrel

The juice of sorrel

Before juicing the grass plants are well washed, pour over boiling water, then mince and squeeze. The prepared juice was diluted with purified water in the ratio 1:1 and then boiled for three minutes. Take 5 ml of juice 3 times a day during meals. Flower sorrel
