Cheese can be dangerous for Teens!

In one of the European countries, namely in Ireland, not so long ago it flared up this "war", and guess what? Do not believe it, cheese! That is to say, the usual and much loved by many dairy product was the cause of serious disputes, and at the highest administrative level. And the reason is disputes over cheese not for the fact that someone found some dirt on this dairy product, but simply because, according to some activists, the cheese has some negative properties which can harm human health. These activists are particularly concerned for the health of the adolescent generation, as, in their opinion, cheese can be of particular harm to teenagers. For this reason, activists insist that the cheese is completely banned!

We are sometimes quite difficult to understand and correctly explain the logic of the population of the Western world how they think is often a little different than we are. In order to understand the problem and the essence of the unfolding of "cheese wars", we need to start from the root of the problem, that is, from the very beginning.

The beginning of the "cheese" debate was the statement by one of the dietitians of Ireland, who said that if the consumption of cheese by Teens exceeds the norm, so to speak, if they use cheese excessively, it is in the future adult life will lead them to obesity. This statement of the dietitian was immediately spotted by one of the activists of non-profit organizations fighting for a healthy lifestyle, who immediately began to speak with such radical statements as a complete ban on the advertising of cheese during all broadcasts of children's programs and teen programs. The content the activists have sent a petition for review in the Irish Parliament.

In response to such declarations and petitions by the Association of food safety, which, so to speak, urged all to come to a compromise, stating that cheese is an excellent source of calcium, and if people have the shortage of calcium, it is no less dangerous to health than obesity. In addition, the Association, or rather scientists it cited as evidence the results of some studies that say that in puberty, teenagers require a certain amount of calcium to the body formed correctly and without disturbances.

Scientists from the Association was able to calculate the exact amount of the necessary consumption of dairy products per day, in order for the body to function correctly without crashing. As stated by scientists, a teenager needs to consume per dayfive servings of dairy products. And consumption of cheese in the diet can easily replace up to half of the norm of dairy products.

In the "cheese"debate the Irish came to the conclusion that it has put forward a new proposal for consideration, namely to split the mesh not only television but also radio, by age categories, that is, to begin to shape promotional mesh designed for the target audience, not only in Ireland but also around the world.

However, the Irish did not stop there, they also insist that the commercials must indicate which cheese has more nutrients, and some less or even harmful. Well, let's think, for example, on the territory of Russia will be advertising separately"useful Beer"and"Beer bad"! Isn't this complete nonsense? The Irish think this is quite normal, that is as it should be.

The result was the creation of a list, so to speak, "allowed"cheeses for General advertising. This list includes a very small number of types of cheese, namely, cheese, low fat cheddar, brie, and some varieties of light fat-free cheese, or rather cheese made from skim milk. In the forbidden list for advertising the Irish were such cheese as Parmesan, Gouda, feta cheese and traditional cheddar.

Even after what the authorities in Ireland have met activists for a healthy lifestyle with a ban on cheese, they are not going to stop! Now on the"path" of activists is yoghurt, no matter from skim, whole milk whether it is cooked or additives. Activists set up to amend the is useful and not useful yogurt.
